If the item is marked OUT OF STOCK, this means it has been previously sold on eBay. The pieces are in very good condition with just a few scratches, and some have a small spot of tarnish. Most pieces are monogramed with a "B" unless marked NO MONOGR. Four (4) of the solid serving spoons & youth's knife are not monogrammed. The knives are Hollow Handle Grill models with short blades.
