Comes with game, case, and artwork or Disc Only depending on choice.  Game case and artwork, disc label may have light wear as item is used but will still be in very good condition.  May be original or greatest hits or any subsequent version. Game cases for Ps1 games by be cracked but are easily replaced. Manuals or any other inserts may or may not be included with cased games. Game has been professionally resurfaced if needed, will be free of bad scratches, is tested and works great.
