***Bi-Xenon Headlights refers to HID (High Intensity Discharge) Xenon headlights that offer both low (dipped) and high (main) beam lighting from a dual headlight system (as opposed to a quad headlight system). A bi-xenon system eliminates the need for a separate halogen high beam bulb/lens by either moving the xenon bulb within the lens or by moving a shield up or down in front of the bulb (depending on the reflector design) to allow light to escape from the lens in a different pattern.

What is Xenon HID Headlight:
HID (High Intensity Discharge) refers to lighting technology that relies on an electrical charge to ignite xenon gas contained in a sealed bulb. A normal halogen bulb uses a filament which can burn out in as little as 200 hours. HID bulbs are gas filled capsules that are rated for a lifespan of nearly 4500 hours. HID bulbs also shine much brighter due to this technology.
Unlike halogen bulbs, HIDs emit a type of light that closely resembles natural daylight and is therefore much easier on human eyes. Due to its intensity, purity and efficiency, HID lights are currently used in most sports arenas, stadiums, and train stations worldwide.

HID headlights produce a brighter, more natural light than halogen headlights, the brightness and its luminous flux are increased by 300% as that of the halogen tungsten lamp.
