Postage to be proof of postage and signed for on delivery as we have encountered a few problems of late and none of it our fault, but certain people are impatient and critical. We cannot help it if the postal system lets us down. We try our best. We are helpful and polite so please treat us the same. Also ebay take 10% of the postal fee so we loose out on postage generally.
