Delivery

We use Hermes tracking for all parcel deliveries, everything else goes 2nd class royal mail and international goes via royal mail tracked and signed. You can choice Royal mail signed for 1st class, you will therefore be able to track your item all the way.

We endeavour to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, and aim to dispatch all orders received before 11.00am the same day.

Please note that any orders received on Friday After 11.00am, Saturday, Sunday, or a Bank Holiday will not be packed for shipping until the next working day.

Any problems please let us know straight away and we always aim to resolve within 24hours

Please note we aim to keep costs down by packaging in the most efficient way this might mean we don’t always sent out the boxes, but all products will still be in a sterile wrapping where appropriate.

Expiry dates will be at least 2 years unless otherwise stated
