Plugs directly into the factory bulb holder, remove the factory bulb holder from the factory side marker with a quarter turn, remove the bulb, plug the LED side marker into the bulb holder and lock the bulb holder into the LED side marker with a quarter turn, no cutting or splicing of any wires!  This seals out any water, dust or dirt just like the factory side markers!
