Very nice hunting knife made in Japan after the war. Knife is 9 inches long with a blade length of 4-1/2 inches. Blade is stamped JAPAN. Mint leather handle with aluminum butt and brass guard all original. This knife resembles a Western style. Shiny blade with small pits and minor stains. Photo shows it well. Nice and tight, very solid. The scabbard is black leather, fits it well and has a safety strap. I don't know if this is the sheath it came in. Nothing fancy just a Japan hunting knife.
