Jasmine Scent 4. 1 Pandan Leave 5. 600 grams Sugar 6. 400 ml Water 7. 1 Piece Fragrant Candle How to Cook Thai Dessert Gold Egg Yolks Thread (Foi Thong): Step1. Boil water, sugar, pandan leaves, jasmine scent together in a brass pan. Use high heat and do not stirring, unless the sugar will crystallize. Step2. Beat eggs and duck eggs together. Filter with a colander and then put in a cone. Step3. Leave pandan leaves and drops the egg in a long line shape around the brass pan about 20-30 cycles per one piece. Step4. Use a pointed stick to gently ladle Foi Thong in a piece. Set aside on a wire rack 30 minutes. Step5. Fire up the candle until having the smoke then blow it. Bake Foi Thong and candles together in a closed container for 10 minutes, it would have a nice smell.
