GENERAL

We dispatch all orders via Australia Post eParcel or Fastway Courier. Delivery time is typically 2-6 days on the East Coast and 4-10 days elsewhere in Australia.

We offer Australia Post Express Post on most items, which is overnight to most major centres, and 2-3 days quicker than regular post in other areas.

We ship worldwide but you will need to CONTACT US BEFORE YOU PURCHASE to request a shipping quote

Please be aware that all Customs or Import Duties and Fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Some shipments have limited insurance cover. Please Message us before buying if you require full cover.

Please make sure you provide us with a valid delivery address (using English characters) and a daytime phone number (with country code) so if there are any issues with the delivery or Customs clearances you can be easily contacted.

If you decide to go ahead please follow these steps as International shipping rates need to be manually added to the sale, before you can pay.
