ADDITIONAL APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
These Are Completely Self-Adhesive Decals/Stickers Come with Pre-Fitted
Application Tape Simply Peel and Stick onto Target Area and Come with Easy
to Follow Instructions.
The target surface must be cleaned, we recommend rubbing alcohol for
this as some solvents leave behind a residue which will cause the decal not
adhere correctly.
Decal application using the wet
application method
If we have supplied your decal(s) with
paper-based transfer tape this is suitable for both wet and dry applications.
The instructions shown on your invoice are
for dry application of decals these additional instructions are for wet
application of decals
You can apply most smaller decals without
using water, but for large and very large stickers. After cleaning your surface
area, wet the area again using a spray bottle and a solution of about 5% soap /
95% water (we recommend baby shampoo as it has no additives that react with the
decals glue). Apply the sticker while the area is still wet. This will keep it
from adhering immediately and give you time to reposition if necessary. It also
enables you to remove any bubbles using a squeegee or a plastic card. The soapy
water will dry in a few minutes and leave your sticker firmly affixed and you
can then carefully remove the transfer tape

If it is necessary to return
goods to us, we try to make this as straight forward as possible.
Our Mistake
If we may make an error with your
order, we will send out the correct item out to you with no additional carriage
charge and arrange collection of the in correctly sent item
Your Mistake / Changed Your Mind
If you wish to return products
that have no fault with them, then we reserve the right to charge a minimum
restocking fee of 75 pence per item up to a maximum £5.00 subject to compliance
with EU distance selling regulations for consumer purchases. The restocking fee
is due to the administration costs and eBay / PayPal surcharges that are
incurred in processing the order. You are responsible for returning the items
to us in perfect condition at your expense. Please ensure you pack the items
properly as if any item is damaged it will not be accepted for return. Carriage
charges cannot be refunded once the order has been despatched. Special orders
are exempt as they are made the customer specification thus making them
personal. Personalised items are also exempt and cannot be returned
Picking Errors/Damaged
Goods
If your order is damaged or
missing any items please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Also, please
advise us if there was any damage to the parcel packaging. We require photos of all damaged goods showing the damage and packaging
without this no claim will be processed. Where applicable we will replace any
missing items. If we are not notified within 7 days from date of dispatch of a
picking error/damage we cannot replace missing or damaged items.
LOST IN POST
If an item goes missing, we are
obliged by Royal Mail to wait the following lengths of time before pursuing a
claim;
UK deliveries, First and Second
class – 15 working days (from date of dispatch this does not include Sundays or
Bank Holiday’s),
Air Mail – 28 working days (from
date of dispatch this does not include Sundays or Bank Holiday’s)
