Shipping and handling costs will be $3.99  by USPS FIRST CLASS  MAIL in the US(will be shipped folded.) International rates are much higher. Insurance, Delivery Confirmation(tracking info) and all other USPS options are by buyer’s request and at buyer’s expense.
