Please call or email us if you wish to return your item. We recommend you return the item insured by UPS Ground or USPS with Delivery Confirmation for the full purchase amount and email us the tracking number. The item must be returned to us in the same condition you received it.

International Shipping and Processing:
We will always charge more for international shipping, with processing expense added. Some items cannot be sent internationally through the USPS. International purchasers must make sure items are not prohibited for import into their countries. Payment for international sales must be by PayPal. International refunds will only be made through PayPal. International shipment deliveries may take up to 30 days due to local aduana and inspections. This is beyond our control, so if it is not acceptable to you, please do not order!
