Our technicians may take up to 14 business days to complete any return-to-base warranty claims. Products made from other manufacturers will have their own warranty information regarding faults/repairs. Please check with the manufacturer for any warranty return information. We may advise that your warranty will need to be processed through the manufacturer as they will be better positioned to process their warranty claims for repair or replacement.
If you require a cancellation of your item before the item has been dispatched, a full refund will be given.
For any change-of-mind transactions after the item has been dispatched, before the 30-day period has ended, you may return the item to us in which a full refund will be given which includes a minimum 15% restocking fee. All items must be unopened in the original packaging
