We do not include remote controls, manuals, drivers or software unless specified in the description.

Any items listed under Ebay’s “For Parts Not Working” are just that, we list any defects or missing items we can physically see. That doesn’t mean there are not other issues that we are not aware of unless we state that directly. We do not accept returns for items purchased under “For Parts Not Working”

As with all used electronics, we always recommend replacing the battery to increase charge time as we can’t be held responsible for a “used” product's battery’s life span.

All Returns MUST have original packaging and original box we shipped to you for a refund no exceptions.
