Please also be aware that some of our items are quite large, therefor may not fit though your letterbox. In the event of the postman being unable to fit the package through the letterbox, he may leave it somewhere else; behind the bin or with your neighbour for example, so please have a good look in all the possible locations if you have not received your item before reporting it missing.
