Any returns that show damage due to abuse or excessive wear and tear are not covered under this return policy. If there is any indication of electronic tinkering, "modding", or using the wrong voltage on an electronic item will not be accepted. If an item is returned to us and then refused under this policy, it is up to the customer to pay to have this item returned. 

We say all goods are sent next day but if we can we send the same day. We mostly use Royal Mail 2nd class larger value items are sent recorded delivery. We always get proof pf postage on all items. Larger and heavier items are sent via a courier service. If you require something different please contact us and we will do our best to help you.
