The three replacement torque pins are made of virtually indestructible Delrin that will NEVER distort and crumble into micro-plastic bits like the originals or the cheap injection molded, and low-grade plastic bushings sold by others. NOTE: It has come to my attention that Chrysler must have used two different manufacturers for these motors. This gear kit will only fit the all black painted motors as shown in the pictures. If you have the second design that is unpainted then this gear will not fit. If your headlight motor runs but does not open the headlight, opens or closes the headlight partially, or keeps running with a clunking noise after it has opened or closed then this kit is what you need. Most headlight motors fail because of the cheap plastic gear assemblies that the manufacturer put in these motors. The electrical part of the motor typically does not fail.
