Cooking Instruction ( Nam Ngeaw )
1. Add water - soften Ngeaw flower into bone soup and boil 20 minutes
2. Fry 30 g minced meat with a packet of nam ngeaw chili paste add 200g of tomatos before mixing into the soup
3. Prepare noodles or Thai noodle ( Kanom Jeen ) then spread with the cooked nam ngeaw mixture. Add a few drops of lemonade then put deep fried garlic green onions contiander on top. Ready to serve !!!
Cooking Instruction ( Nam Prik Ong )
1. Fry 400 g minced meat with a packet of nam ngeaw chili paste then add 200 g of tomatos , then fry until well cooked. Add a small amount of water.
2. Put containder on top and serve with vegetable
