These plugs are found in most rimless frames that have double stopper or double pin plugs mounted to the lenses. 

It can be very difficult to repair a rimless rim without good training. You can take them to your local optometrist practice to have it repaired but they might charge a fee. 

Best for self-repaired (DIY) but will need lots of patience and care.
