Our system is set-up to leave a payment reminder every 24 hours up to 5 days, whereupon a 'Non Paying Bidder Alert ' will be issued directly to Ebay should we have not received any email explaining why the payment is still outstanding.

All CD's are checked before dispatch and any cases that may have a crack or damage are replaced prior to shipping! Should a jewel case be damaged whilst in transit we will gladly replace this for you free of charge(postage not included)
