Returns and Exchanges

a replacement of the item; or
Ultra Store to assist in making a claim under any warranty which applies to the item.

If the item is not found to be faulty then you will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs incurred by Ultra Store to resend the item to you.

Item not what you ordered

In the unlikely event that Ultra Store sends you an item which is not what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item so that we can rectify this for you.
