When you order 6 or more shirts for the first time, we will initially send a SAMPLE SHIRT to confirm your size. Once you are happy with the fit, we’ll ship the remaining shirts. If the first shirt isn’t a perfect fit, we will make a replacement absolutely FREE with any necessary adjustments. So, even if your initial measurements are wrong you can still have all your custom-made shirts absolutely RISK FREE! We never compromise on quality. DELIVERY TIME
We’ll craft your custom shirts and deliver your unique look within 3 weeks. Style takes time but not too much time - in around 3 weeks and the waiting is over, time to make your mark. We understand that some orders are extra special. If you need to have your order rushed by a certain date, such as a wedding or graduation, please contact us to arrange express delivery.

| Alterations Credit | Everything Bespoke is committed to helping you attain the perfect fit. More than 95% of our orders require no alterations. For those that do, we encourage tweaking the garment to your ideal size, with the help of a local tailor and we pay for the cost of your alterations, up to 20% of the purchase cost of your order. |

| Refund | A refund request can be made any time before we start tailoring the garment. There shall be no cancellation charges or refund charges if the buyer has mutually agreed to cancel the transaction through eBay within 60 days of the purchase date. In the very rare case of a tailoring error on our part where the finished garment sizes differ significantly from the original measurements submitted by yourself, or there is a material defect or the colour is not as specified, we will provide a replacement Free of charge. |
