USPS shipping does not include the  13% E-Bay and PayPal fees that they add on the shipping charge + 30 cents transaction fee.  Buyer pays shipping.  Item will be shipped following cleared Payment through PayPal.  No Returns unless Buyer pays for all the shipping charges and fees.
