Our aim is for every customer to be 100% satisfied. Return a purchase in its original condition within 30 days for any reason and we will exchange or refund you, as long as the item is in the same condition as they were sent, in the original packaging, labels and tags intact, and the item unused and unworn.

Refund or exchanges will only be given on the item value. Delivery charges are not refundable. For exchange, please provide a prepaid satchel for us to resend the new item, or, an additional delivery cost will be charged.

Please contact us before return as we will instruct the steps and process need to be followed. Extra cost incurred by not following the process will NOT be reimbursed.
