Note for cooling:
Heatsink use for normal hamradio operation need at least 150x150x40mm and 10mm thick (the bigger the better).
To have good cooling for very long broadcasting etc. is good to use two heatsinks one for each 3 mosfets so you can mount them directly with no isolation between the mosfets and heatsink only thermal paste.this way will have better heat transfer.But heatsinks must not touch each other and not touch the chassis.so will need to isolate the heatsinks from the chassis box you will use.Also use of copper plates will have faster heat transfer to heatsinks.
