Please Note: These kits contain the Pivot Bearings Only. They do not contain any washers or other hardware.
If you look after your frame pivots & replace the bearings regularly you shouldn't need to replace your other washers & hardware. Keep everything well greased, avoid pressure washing at all costs & avoid using solvent based sprays & lubricants around your bearings, as these dissolve the grease in the bearings!!

You will need to source hardware through a Giant dealership!

Bearing Tool Kits:

Tool kits listed for The Anthem, Trance, Reign contain the extractors & presses you need to remove & install the bearings contained in my kits.

PLEASE NOTE: The picture is only indicative of what the tools look like, it isn't exactly what parts are contained in the kits!!

It doesn't matter whether you have an alloy or composite (Advanced) frame. Model, for example Anthem X1, X2, etc doesn't effect the type of bearing kit. Please choose your options by the manufacture year listed in the menu.

******************Note!! Trance/Anthem 2014+ (2014-2016) Series 2 (27.5")******************

In Giant Trance/Anthem 27.5 Series 2 models, the pair of bearings in the upper 'Maestro' linkage that Giant fit have a small flange to help seat the bearing. The ones supplied in the 2014 - 2016 Full kits are standard bearings not Flanged, you need to select the option for 'Series 2 Full Kit'. Please check your frame!!


Reign 2008+ & Reign X 2010+ Frames
These kits suit frame years upto 2013, 26" & 29" wheels only. Not the newer 27.5" wheels!!

Important Note!
All Trance (from 2008) & Anthem (from 2009) are factory fitted with Full Compliment bearings in all their frame pivots. Don't compromise on your frame pivots!!

Our Bearings Range!!

 

Chrome Steel (ABEC 1):- Great value for money sealed cartridge bearing. Hardened Chromium Steel balls in a steel cage with a generous grease fill.

Looked after with regular greasing & avoid pressure washers & solvent cleaners they will last well in normal off road riding conditions. 

MAX Full Compliment (ABEC 3):- These are capable of withstanding much higher loadings than the standard caged roller bearings above.

Compared to bearings with cages, full compliment bearings have an increased load capacity of around 40% or more. This type of bearing is highly suited to suspension pivots on mountain bikes, where there is a higher load and a lower rotation rate. The whole point of MAX Full compliment bearings is that more balls allow for greater strength in lower rotation, high load applications.

Most top end bikes come with these fitted as standard & are designed for hard riding.

Postage

We do a daily postal drop Mon-Fri. Goods ordered after 2pm will be posted the following day. Goods ordered after 2pm Friday will not be posted until the following Monday. All goods are posted Royal Mail 1st Class (On most occasions goods arrive next day, but not guaranteed!!). 

There is an option to choose International postage using eBay's Global Shipping Programme (GSP). This is operated by a third party delivery service with a tracking feature. Fees & tracking are controlled by eBay, not myself.

Also included with your bearings kit is a comprehensive, photographic list of instructions & guide to the type of tools you need to carry out this procedure.

Our fitting prices start from £60 labour + cost of bearings.

These are high quality, hardened chromium or stainless steel, super smooth double rubber sealed cartridge bearings.

We strongly recommend that you have these bearings professionally fitted into your frame with the correct tools.
