Where is My Order

Your order is fully trackable on the couriers website. If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us on 01785 241471 and we will help track your parcel.

How To Return Your Item

If for any reason you change your mind on an order, please get in touch, so we can arrange the return of your purchase.

All orders placed online are subject to a 14 day returns policy, if for any reason you have a change of mind over your order you are entitled to a full refund.

How do I arrange a return for a piece of art which has been damaged in transit?

If your piece of art needs to be returned due to damage in transit, please contact us and we will arrange a suitable day and time to collect the piece. The art will need to be wrapped in as much of the original packaging as possible, and the piece placed back into the external packaging and sealed (Please note: our courier service cannot collect and return to us without this external packaging). If the external packaging has been disposed of then this needs to be relayed to our member of staff upon initial contact.
