* We test/check each item before listing and state in the Description any flaws that we see.  However, it is possible that something may have occurred during the shipment of your purchase.  If something has, please contact us so we can assist you with creating a case with the shipper IE (USPS/USP/FED EX). 

** We will try to resolve any concerns that you may have with the product before a refund is initiated and will refund money when needed.  We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and we request that you allow us to make things right in the event there may be an issue with an item.

*** Returns Policy: 

You must request your return through eBay within 30 days.  Items must be returned in original condition, and must include tags, box and not be damaged.  Items with pet hair, smelling of smoke or any other physical damage beyond normal wear conditions will not be considered for a refund. 

**** Refund price:

The refund is the price of the item minus damages and in some cases shipping. Original shipping and return shipping will not be refunded unless there is an obvious error in the listing or if you just decided you no longer want the item and or damages.
