SUPERTAP dowel lifts are made of high quality polyurethane and are characterized by the most extreme high abrasion resistance performance that the industry offers. SUPERTAP manufactures its own steel pin of 3.10 mm (0.12 inches) especially designed to avoid rotation, breakage and accidental extraction when walking. Our standard material thickness of only 6 mm does not alter the position of the original level of the heel and as a consequence of the shoes. All sizes listed in mm. Simply saying it's a width of your heel tip.

How to Measure Heels:
Let's take a letter "D" and imagine that it is a bottom face of your heel. All you need to do is take a ruler which has a millimetres (mm) on it, and measure flat part of your "D" in mm. That's it. Now just go ahead and chose needed size! :)
How to Fix High Heels:
1. Once you have your new heel tips, you can begin repairing your shoes. Take the pliers and pull out the damaged heel tips from your shoes. Keep pulling, you will get them out. You don't need any specific tool. just use any kind of pliers.
2. Place the pin of the new heel tip in the hole where you pulled out the old one. Pound it in with a hammer until it is in all the way. Repeat with the other shoe. you don't need specific hammer. Just use any hammer. Even if you don't have a hammer, insert a dowel in the heel as much as possible, than take your shoe (boot) by holding forepart (toe), and hit something hard with your heel. (WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU'LL BRAKE SOMETHING BY DOING IT ;))
