SERVICE DESCRIPTION - PLEASE READ IN FULL!

Coppell TV Repair LLC offers you a REPAIR SERVICE for the main board  EBU62882001 / 62882001 shown on the picture and used in LG 34UC97-SD.AUSLMYN / 34UC97-S monitor.

REPAIR SERVICE means you have to send us your board, which we will test, service (if necessary) and return back to you.

Refer to the Board failure symptoms section below for some guidance on whether you may need this service.

For helpful information on how to open the monitor to get to the main board go to YouTube and search for dlMphcRP_Zw - sorry, but eBay policies prevent us from including the video or link to it here.


HOW DOES IT WORK

Shortly after placing an order you will receive an email with shipping instructions telling you how to mark, package and send your board to us.

The cost of shipping the board to us is not included in this listing and it is customer's responsibility to deliver the board as per our shipping instructions.

Upon receiving the board we first evaluate its physical condition for meeting our board requirement criteria (see below).

Then we put the board in a TV and verify that it is malfunctioning.

If we determine it functional we get back to you. If no repair service is performed and the board is to be returned we retain a minimum diagnostic fee in amount of $20 plus eBay/PayPal sales fees plus the return shipping costs and issue refund for the rest.

If the board is nonfunctional we proceed to repairing it.

We take up to 2 business days for the repair process.

If we are not successful with the repair once we have undertaken it we issue you full refund and cancel the transaction. We do not make money in this case, however we still invoice you for the return shipping of the malfunctioning board.

If board is repaired and tested properly we directly send it back and do not communicate the success. You are notified of the return by an eBay package shipment notification.


BOARD FAILURE SYMPTOMS

There are several different failure symptoms manifested by a failed board and unfortunately some of them can easily be confused with other failures.

The most common ones we have seen are:

  • Totally dead monitor;
  • HDMI ports and / or DP ports not working;
  • Loss of audio.


REQUIREMENTS TO THE BOARD SENT FOR SERVICING

The board we receive must be in good physical condition and must not have been tampered with, i.e. no apparent traces of previous repairs should show.

We will reject service to boards that someone has attempted repairing and you will still be charged for the return shipping and the eBay/PayPal fees.


DISCLAIMER AND WARRANTY PROCEDURES

We do not guarantee outcome of any of our repair services. We only guarantee we will abide by the rules of operation set forth in this listing and we expect that our customers do the same.

We offer 90 days warranty for the serviced board.

Should you experience a problem during this period you agree to send the board to us for subsequent evaluation and repair and functionality proof (usually video proof of our testing procedure) or board exchange or refund.

Shipping costs during warranty are split by vendor and customer by means of customers paying shipping to Coppell TV Repair LLC and company paying shipping back to the customer.
