TOTAL shipping price is $3.29 USD within the USA, and $7.99 USD internationally. * We prefer immediate payment through Paypal. But for those who do not, we expect payment within 3 days.

When you use this Add To Cart option, there will only be one flat-rate postage charge for all items shipped (usually $7.99 shipped internationally, or $3.29 or less for all items shipped within the USA.) 

Because eBay changed some of their shipping policies and discounts, and the USPS post office also raised their prices, we were forced to raise our USA shipping costs to $3.29 instead of $2.99 per package.
