SHIPPING, HANDLING, FEEDBACK

USA contiguous States shipping only. International please ask for shipping quote BEFORE bidding! We ship our items one business day after receiving payment, in some instances the same day if you pay in the morning. We use USPS as a main carrier, if you have a preference let us know. Typical shipping is First Class for light items that will fit in a large envelope and parcel Post for others. Priority shipping will be used at your request or if it will give you a better rate. Buyer pays shipping. We will inform you if there will be a delay from our house to the Post Office for any reason. Transit and Delivery will vary 2-5 days for First Class mail, 5-9 days for Parcel Post, 2-4 days for Priority Shipping depending on your location and weather. Handling fees include the new E-bay fee on shipping, printing, packaging and trip to the Post Office.

Our home is a pet & smoke free home but PLEASE keep in mind, we sell mostly Used and Vintage items. We launder all clothes. Please ask all questions before you place your bid and if you see a discrepancy in the listing, description or photos. Normal policy is, "As Is" and "All Sales Final".  If there is any damage or wear it is listed in the description and/or shown on the photographs.  Any returns are done on an individual basis, normally only if we made an error in listing. We strive and work very hard to accurately describe and photograph each item that we list. PLEASE keep in mind that the items are "2nd hand", even if they are "New with Tag", they do not come directly from the manufacturer.  The reason that some items do not sell in the stores is that there may have been a sizing error from the manufacturer. Some items come to us without a tag so we base the description on measurements. Please read carefully the description of the items and the photos. 

We always leave positive feedback when we know that you are satisfied with the item. Please be so kind as to leave us a positive 5 *s feedback when your item arrives. If you have any questions or problem, please contact us right away within 3 days of delivery prior to leaving feedback so we can go over it. Payment is expected within 3 days of purchase, if you need more time please write a note as E-bay will automatically open an unpaid item case after 8 days. Thank you very much!
