An extraordinary antique hand stitched quilt which had been
loved hard and sustained damage was rescued
and given new life in this One-Of-A Kind
VINTAGE LINEN CREATION
HEIRLOOM HOLIDAY STOCKING ~
I was able to create several Heirloom VLC Stockings
as well as two coordinating TREE SKIRTS
from this beautiful antique cutter quilt.
Romantic pastel shades, so popular this season,
such as whisper pink, cupcake icing pink, softly faded mauve,
pale celery green, soft mossy green, and a pale taupe
paired with a creamy ivory... these are the dreamy hues
of this ultra-romantic stocking!
A stunning 5" deep hand crochet antique lace
was chosen for the romantic cuff of this Heirloom Stocking.
This gorgeous lace was lavishly embellished with antique
silky ribbons flowing across the front
and a stunning, large, hand crocheted whisper pink
layered rose dotted with another stunner...
such a beautiful antique rhinestone celluloid button!!!
I've chosen one of my favorite antique laces
to trim the top opening ~ an antique hand crocheted
double shell scalloped lace.
This all vintage Heirloom Stocking is fully lined
with a romantic vintage bed linen scattered with
dreamy wreaths of pink cabbage roses!
A lovely whisper pink petite popcorn vintage chenille
was chosen for the back of the stocking
and a petite crochet lace trim was chosen for the hanging loop.

A coordinating Romantic Shabby Vintage Chic Tree Skirt
will be listed very soon.
This is nice large stocking which measures 22" long,
9" across the top and 10.5" from heel to toe
to hold oodles of Christmas goodies!
