Note before buying:
1. The RD6012 series has two versions: RD6012 and RD6012-W, RD6012-W have a WIFI card, RD6012 has none. RD6012-W can use the WIFI card to connect the APP. Also use a USB micro cable to connect the PC software. RD6012 does not have WIFI card, it only supports PC software by connecting with USB micro cable, no APP support. This was no longer supported for the WLAN card for connecting the PC software.
Note: The WiFi connection is a test function due to the poor compatibility of some computers. If you cannot connect PC software via WiFi, ignore this function. We do not offer any guarantees or technical support for this feature and we will decide whether to keep this feature based on customer feedback.
2. Only Win 7 and higher are currently supported for PC software. Only Android 5.0 and higher are supported for APP. Since APP and PC software may have incompatibility issues, please download them before purchasing. If you can download and install them, you can place the order or finish your purchase. If you fail to test the PC software and APP function before purchasing, and find that the products are working fine except for the PC software or APP, we will refuse the refund.
3. For the S12A case without power supply. Some pictures show the installation of RD6012, switch power supply and case.
For the S12A case, it's just a case that doesn't contain a power supply, but it is suitable for the RD6012 / RD6012W and AC-DC 800w 70V switching power supply. You can buy it separately for easy assembly.
