Delivery times to remote locations and non mainland UK addresses may be extended & an additional payment may be required, unfortunately we can not ship larger items to the Channel Islands.

When sending a return please ensure you include your full name and address and order number in order for us to process your refund quickly.

Once the item has been received back and inspected, a full refund for the item will be issued.

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please email us quoting your order number, name & details of the product and we will get back to you within 24 hours to resolve the problem.
