Aqua, Urea, Ceteareth-20, Stearyl Alcohol, Sodium Hydroxide, Calcium Thioglycolate, Cetearyl Alcohol, Thioglycolic Acid, Magnesium Trisilicate, Parfum, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Caprylic /Capric Triglyceride, Propylene Glycol, Titanium Dioxide, Calcium Carbonate, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil, CI 17200.

Use the applicator to evenly apply cream onto dry skin ensuring all the hair you want to remove is covered. Wait for 1 minute before showering. Once in the shower avoid putting the cream directly in the stream of water for 2 minutes. It’s normal for a bit of cream to wash off. After the 2 minutes are up use a sponge, cloth or loofah to gently remove a small test area of cream. If hair comes away easily, massage in a firm, circular motion to remove the rest. If your hair is more stubborn, leave cream for up to 3 more minutes - but no longer. Rinse skin thoroughly with water to remove cream completely and then dry off. Say hello to a silky smooth undercarriage.

Due to the knock on effects of the global pandemic, our delivery partner Royal Mail is continuing to experience disruptions due to absences at mail centres and delivery offices. Every order is important to us and we are working really hard to minimise delays. We ask that you wait working 5 days before contacting our customer services and we thank you for being understanding and patient.

UK DELIVERY

All UK orders are delivered via Royal Mail and subject to a standard charge of £2.50. Orders over £10 qualify for free shipping, this will automatically be applied at the checkout. In normal circumstances we aim to deliver your products 2 working days after your payment has been processed. See above for information on delays. You will receive an email notification to confirm your order and a shipping notification. Orders are processed for delivery on working days (Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays). All orders placed before 11am are dispatched that day. If your order is placed after 11am it will be dispatched the next working day.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Our international orders are sent via airmail to the destination country and then via your local postal service. European orders normally arrive within 5-7 days and between 7-14 days for the rest of the world. If your order’s being shipped outside of the European Union (EU), customs charges and taxes may apply (that you’ll need to pay directly).

RETURNS

We hope that you’re happy with your order but if for any reason you are not, you may return it any time up to and including 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the goods remain unopened and in their original packaging. You are required to arrange and pay for postage of any returned goods. To arrange a return please contact hq@woowoo.fun once we receive your returned goods we’ll issue a refund, if appropriate, for the full value of your purchases. This will be debited back as a credit to the card used for the original purchase. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature (such as Royal Mail first class recorded delivery). Please ensure returned goods are stored safely as we will not be responsible for goods that are damaged whilst in your care.

Defects, incomplete orders or incorrect delivery

If you’re returning goods due to defects, an incomplete order or incorrect delivery, we will refund you the price you paid for the goods (inclusive of the initial delivery charge) or send you a replacement with free delivery.
