New with tags, picked up at a con and has been sitting on a shelf since. Free from damage or wear. Colorful and fun. Really structured and holds its shape well. Stands up on its own, though the neck doesn't quite support the head. Horns have really hard bits in them to stick straight up so maybe not a great gift for a younger child.
