My goods are all from a pet and smoke free home.

I securely package all my items for despatch and very often reuse old packing materials.  If however you aren’t happy with that, then please contact me at the point of sale and I’ll see if I can pack your item in new materials.

I obtain a certificate/proof of posting for all items sent

Please ensure you are available to take receipt of your purchase as a signature may be required

Accidents do happen so if things go wrong, rather than leaving negative feedback please contact me first so we can attempt to rectify the problem. 

I sell various items and don’t know everything about all of them but I can assure you that customer service is important to me and my aim is not to deceive so give me a chance to put your concerns at ease.

If there is a tape measure and/or coat hanger in the picture then it isn’t included or a part of the sale of any of the items unless specified.  It is just to show the scale of the item for sale.
