For Australian Buyers

Handling time:

All orders will be dispatched within 24 BUSINESS hours.  If you place an order on Friday during business hours, your order will be dispatched by close of business on the following Monday (except where it is a Public holiday, in which case dispatch will be by close of the following business day).  If you placed an order on Friday AFTER business hours, Saturday, Sunday or on Public holidays, your order will
commence processing the following business day and be dispatched within 24 business hours from that business day. (Our time is AEST)

Delivery:

We use Australia post as well as various Courier companies for delivery. All orders from WITHIN AUSTRALA will be dispatched from Melbourne, Australia. We DO NOT ACCEPT PICK UP from our premises. There will be no exceptions.

Postage:

Postage will be combined in the total automatically when you purchase multiple items from our ebay shop in one transaction.  However, if you have purchased multiple items in separate transactions, you will be charged postage on each order individually.  If you have already made individual payment/purchases and would like to combine postage AFTER doing so, please contact us ASAP.
We will combine postage, IF POSSIBLE, provided your orders have not already been processed/dispatched.  (Combined postage rate is the same as our ebay shop automated postage rate.)
We are sorry, however, once we have processed your orders, we can not combine postage.

Please note: We offer a choice of "Standard delivery", "Express delivery", "Standard delivery with Signature" or "Express delivery with Signature" for your shipping options.

All our deliveries come with a TRACKING NUMBER with $100 worth of TRANSIT INSURANCE.  However if you do not specifically select "Standard delivery with Signature" or "Express delivery with Signature" the package may be left inside a letter box or on the door step of your premises.
By choosing this option (ordinary standard or express delivery) we accept no responsibility in the event of theft/loss once the goods are dropped off.

If you do not want your package to be left out side or unattended at your premises, you need to select "Signature on delivery" options.

Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• PayPal
• Selection of ePayment (incl. Google pay, Apple pay, etc).
• Bank Transfer

Service

We provide a TAX INVOICE for all Australian purchases.  However, if your shipping destination is not within Australia, we are not able to provide any tax invoices, instead we provide a Receipt of payment with itemized list of products ordered.

Import duty or Tax for outside of Australia. 

*ATTENTION* We DO NOT collect any Import duty/duties or Customs charges for overseas orders. If Import duties or Tax charges were collected by ebay at checkout, your package will go through to your shipping address without being held by customs in your country

HOWEVER, if these charges are not charged by ebay, your package could be held by customs in your country.  Because all countries have different customs systems, we are not able to tell whether your order will be subjected to customs charges in your country or not.

These customs charges are your responsibility, we have no responsibility for any customs fees.

If your ordered package was returned due to failing customs clearance, we will refund your payment for the PRODUCT COST ONLY.  Shipping fee is NOT refundable.
