1) We will accept a return within 30 Days of invoice, providing the item has a fault or is not as described. Returned items must be checked and tested to confirm the fault before we issue a full refund or replacement.
2) The Customer is responsible for the return postage if the issue is a buyers remorse or change of mind. Seller is responsible if the item is DOA or significantly not as described.
3) 20% restocking fee applies to returned items where there is no fault found; or the buyers change their mind or have made an incorrect choice by their own decision or a case of buyers remorse.
4) The returned Item MUST be in ORIGINAL condition e.g. including product packaging and must be complete or this will affect your right to a refund or replacement.
5) International buyers will pay all return postage costs, not the seller.
6) Returns will not be accepted some cases due to Hygiene reasons once the sealed packaging is broken or item is used.
7) When items are sent out they are hygienically checked to ensure faulty issues are kept to a minimum. Although sometimes during transit items can become damaged and while this is minimal it can happen. Please contact us for a solution.
Return to Sender Information
In cases of an incorrectly supplied address/delivery information and for items that are returned to sender for any reason including orders not being collected please see below.
- To re-ship Standard postage there will be a $7 cost for re-shipment.
- To re-ship with Express postage there will be a $12 cost for re-delivery.
- If re-delivery is not required and you would prefer a refund, original postage costs will be deducted from original purchase price.
