This listing is for a Frank Down Ltd. plaque that is framed. It is a plaque of a vintage steam locomotive that is raised and plated/colored. The frame is real wood and the picture is raised molded plastic. Nice Vintage collectible. Perfect for that train collector for the "man cave" or train room! This is from the 1960's-1970's.
