This items is new, never used. It is part of a lot of old stock we purchased from a closing high end Baby store in San Francisco, CA. We are not Baby merchants and are resellers of new old stock and vintage and estate goods. We believe in the quality of the product and goods, but as re-sellers we do not warranty the product, other than the standard eBay listing warranty.   We do not accept returns for teething products for health and sanitary reasons. 

 We only goods we believe to be high quality goods we do or would use for our own home and family.  

Postage includes: shipping, tracking, materials, insurance and signature upon receipt.   We are happy to combine shipping whenever possible.
