Where do we source our Merino Wool bedding from?

We buy Merino wool bedding in bulk from a number of retailers, website retailers and blanket trip distribution companies who need an outlet for discontinued lines, faulty, ex demonstration, returned stock or when they arehaving a warehouse clearance.

Depending on the condition, the items are categorised into the following grades:

Grade 1 New

Grade 2 New but has been on display or used for demonstration purposes

Grade 3 Returns (Items that were sent to website customers, and were returned within 14 days)

Grade 5 Returns (Items that were sent to customers and used but returned due to minor faults) 

Grade 6 Used, faulty or damaged and only good for disposal

Pet bedding is cut from fabric, returns, faulty or damaged stock which is unsuitable for full size domestic beds

All items dispatched by courier

Delivery is to UK mainland only with some exceptions (Scottish highlands and other outer lying areas may incur additional charges and the customer will be able to choose to pay the addional charge or have a refund)

Collection in person - Mon to Fri 10am to 4pm only
