GUY BOURDIN: IMAGE MAKER - Three notepads 2014.

In 2014 Somerset House in London presented a huge Guy Bourdin retrospective. One of the new pieces on display was an extensive exibition of the work that Bourdin shot for Charles Bourdin in 1979.

The iconic and influential French photographer drove around England in a Cadillac in the Autumn of 1979.  In his boot were two mannequins legs and many pairs of Charles Jourdan shoes. He produced several surreal ads for Jourdan.

This is a collection of three note pads each with a different cover from this series of images.

The three notebooks are wrapped in a paper seal.

Very rare, mint and sealed. Bought from the exhibition shop in 2014.

Mint condition. We opened the sellophane wrapper to photograph the contents as it was resealable.
