This is a NWT Vera Bradley Umbrella In Retired Marrakesh Motifs Blue pattern. It pops open with a button on the handle. Collapsed size is 11 inches long by 2.5 inches wide. It has a matching protective sleeve for when it is not in use. I have never opened up this umbrella so I am not sure of size when opened.
