We aim to despatch all items out within 3 working days after payment has cleared. This is just a guideline as we can often despatch your item quicker, within 1-2 working days. 

Carriage costs are for UK mainland ONLY. Please contact us for delivery costs if outside UK Mainland. 

Highlands and Islands are not included within the UK Mainland. * (Post codes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE PO30, PO34-40, IM, BT & Channel Islands).

If your delivery location is Jersey, Guernsey or any of the other Channel Islands please note that putting United Kingdom into your address does not mean you are eligible for UK Mainland postage. Additional postage will need to be paid before your item is sent. 

We use a range of courier services so as you, as the customer, can get the best delivery prices available. The majority of our items will be sent UK Mail (3-5 day delivery). If you have an item which is heavier than 2kg or larger than 60cm your order will be sent on a Next Day Service with UK Mail. If the delivery location is within the Highlands, Northern Ireland or Offshore Islands your item may be sent with MyHermes. Large items such as bumpers, winches, tents etc will mainly be sent with TNT. Other couriers we use include UPS, FedEx, DHL and Royal Mail. 

We can send items that we have in stock out for next day delivery if you request however this will be paid for by the customer. 

If for any reason we are unable to supply your item to you within the time scale provided above we will contact you through ebay letting you know an approximate lead time.

We only accept Paypal as a form of payment.

Payments must be made within 7 days of auction end, failure to do so will result in a non-paying bidder alert notice filed against you with Ebay.

To return a product bought through our ebay store you can contact our customer support for a full refund within 14 days from receipt of the product of the product.

We might, at its discretion, accept products back outside the 14 days Returns Policy if they are faulty. However we will not accept claims of damage in transit or if products not meeting their description outside this period.

If your product has been damaged in transit it must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. A remark has to be made on the carrier’s proof of delivery. After this time, we may not accept responsibility.

How do I arrange a return?

If you would like to return a product contact our customer support team and they will be happy to assist you.

You will need to provide the following information when contacting Customer Support:

Your Ebay item number; Your Ebay ID; Reason for return

Customer name, address details and e- mail address

Note: Make sure you pack the product securely and include a copy of your proof of purchase.

What happens after a product is returned?

The package should be shipped to our warehouse to be inspected based on the information provided.

Once the inspection is complete the refund will be processed and you will be informed via email. Allow a couple of weeks for the refund to be processed.

When unreported damage is found, either a charge will be applied (product will be handled as an out-of-warranty repair) or the product will be shipped back to you.
