Acorn Konge Georg Jensen Sterling Silver gravy ladle
One sterling silver gravy ladle in Georg Jensen’s Acorn
pattern, first patented in 1915. The ladle is 7 3/4” long, excellent, and never
monogrammed. The ladle has the Jensen hallmark (Georg Jensen in a horizontal
beaded oval), along with “Sterling Denmark” on the back of the handle. The ladle
weighs 2.73 troy ounces. The ladle will be cleaned prior to shipping unless the
buyer requests otherwise.

Payment is required within
seven (7) days of the end of the auction. We understand that
sometimes things happen that may delay your payment. Please contact
us and let us know when we should expect payment if it will be more than 7
days. If you are bidding on more than one item you may wait to pay
until all auctions have ended and we will combine invoices as well as
packages. Ebay’s Managed Payments is preferred, allowing various
payment methods. Contact us if you would like to pay by another method.
SHIPPING

DOMESTIC SHIPPING- Shipping is FREE within the United
States. We include shipping and full coverage insurance with
tracking information for all of our sales. We ship using the USPS but can use
other services if the buyer requires something different.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING- Shipping outside of the United States is
extra and not free. Please wait for our invoice at the end of the auction for
actual shipping charges. eBay sends an automated invoice which does
not always have the correct shipping total. We do not make money on
the shipping; we ship using USPS Priority International. If you would like your
items shipped First Class please inquire with us (we do not recommend First
Class shipping and prefer Priority). A number of countries have low
insurance value limits, which frequently are less than the sale price of an
item. **Buyer assumes all risks for items purchased in excess of their
countries’ insurance limit as well as any packages shipped First Class at the
buyer’s request.
Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT included in the item
price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's
responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to
determine what these additional costs will be prior to
bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the
delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick up the item – Do not
confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark
merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and
International government regulations prohibit this.
RETURNS

We offer a thirty-day return allowance from the date of
your receipt of the item(s) for a refund if the item is not as
described. IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR A REFUND YOU MUST CONTACT US UPON
RECEIPT OF THE ITEM to let us know that it is not as expected. Refunds will
only be issued once the item is returned to us.
Please follow these instructions for returns: Buyer MUST contact
us within 24 hours of receipt to discuss why you wish to return your purchase
and receive a return authorization. Items must be return within 30 days of
receipt. There will be no returns on items sold AS IS. **Please Note: A 20%
restocking fee may be deducted from your refund price; we reserve the right to
waive that fee under certain circumstances. BUYER is responsible for all return
shipping charges.
Return shipping may be at the buyer’s expense and we ask for the
same care in packaging as we originally shipped the item. We insure all
packages and ask that you do the same for returns as it will prevent
complications with the return process. If the item is not in the
exact same condition as when it was shipped (unless it was damaged during
postal process), the item will be returned to the buyer and no refund will be
issued. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and our customers are very
important to us, as many are repeat customers. If there is any problem, please
contact us before leaving negative feedback so that we may resolve the issue as
