Delivery details
Whilst we don't arrange couriers ourselves, we can recommend to you trusted couriers that we have dealt with for years. We will also do our best to accommodate any courier arrangements that you may wish to make, however collections arranged outside of our opening hours must be confirmed with us in advance. There are a few points we would like to make you aware of in terms of risk.
1. There is of course a small amount of risk when transporting any item.
2. This risk can be minimised by either collecting in person or using a trusted person or company to move the item for you.
3. When arranging your own courier, the contract for delivery is between yourselves and them. If an item is damaged or lost, you would go to them for compensation; we would not be liable for loss or damage in transit.
