In my opinion-- This issue is FN/VF .  READ ONLY ONE TIME -- SOME MINOR STORAGE WEAR. Some light edge, corner, or surface wear may be present -- LIGHT SPINE STRESS.  Please look at the photos and make an informed decision. 

I am not a professional comic book grader, but I have been collecting for over 30 years and have a pretty good grasp on comic quality. I know the difference between VeryFine/NearMint, Fine, and VeryGood. If I list a comic at VF/NM you will not receive a GD comic. My comics will all arrive in the same or better condition than described. I will always price my listings at a reasonable price to grade.
