San Agustín is a Peruvian football club, located in the city of Lima.  The club was founded on August 9, 1970 with the name of club San Francisco, later was renamed Huracán San Isidro and finally received its final name after becoming sponsored by the Colegio San Agustin.

This is a #6 white nylon pullover jersey with a wide blue stripe down the left and right side of the jersey and this blue stripe continues around to the back also.  No name on the back.  On the upper left chest is a white circle edged in blue with "SA" inside it in blue.  On the center front in blue is "DEPORRTIVO SAN AGUSTIN".  Blue knit collar with a white stripe.  One snap button at the neck.  White shoulders continue down each sleeve with the under side of the sleeves being blue.  Blue numbers on the back.  By Pina Sports in Mexico.  Size about a 38-40.  The measurements are as follows:  Armpit to armpit is 23 inches.  Front neckline to jersey bottom is 27 inches.  From the top of the back neckline to jersey bottom is 30 inches and across the bottom of the jersey is 23 inches.  It has been worn but it remains in good condition.
